Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AssetX (“Platform”), owned and operated by Hire Synchronization Pvt Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using AssetX, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform.

Note: AssetX is currently in Beta release. While we continue to enhance stability and performance, you may experience occasional issues. We appreciate your patience and welcome feedback at connect@i-assetx.com.

2. Eligibility

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you:

• Are at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction).
• Have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms.
• Are not barred under any applicable law from using the services.

3. Account Registration

• Users must register an account with accurate and complete details.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Services Provided

AssetX provides enterprise asset management, procurement, finance, and related services, including but not limited to:

• Fixed Asset Register (FAR)
• Procurement (PR/PO/GRN)
• Asset Tracking & RFID/QR Integration
• Depreciation & Finance Reports
• Inventory & Stock Management
• Vendor Management

The scope of services may expand with new modules and features.

5. Subscription & Payment

• Access to AssetX may be subscription-based.
• Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms will be communicated at the time of subscription.
• Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of services.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. User Obligations

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Platform.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Share login credentials outside your organization without authorization.

7. Data Ownership & Rights

• You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Platform.
• By using AssetX, you grant the Company a limited license to process, store, and use your data solely to provide services.
• We do not sell user data.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including all software, designs, and trademarks, is owned by Hire Synchronization Pvt Ltd. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

9. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:

• You violate these Terms.
• Payments are overdue.
• Use of the Platform harms other users or the Company.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

10. Limitation of Liability

• The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
• Our maximum liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the last 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
