How to Submit a Request

What to Expect
Once we receive your request, here is how we handle it:
Acknowledgment within 48 hours
We will confirm receipt of your request and provide a reference number.
Identity verification may be required
To protect your data, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing.
Request processed within 30 days
Most requests are fulfilled within 30 calendar days of verification.
Complex requests may take up to 60 days
If additional time is needed, we will notify you with an explanation within the initial 30-day period.
Free of charge
Requests are processed free of charge, unless they are manifestly unfounded or excessive.
